18-year-old Student and WWDC 15/17 Scholarship winner. This is my weekly newsletter with interesting articles and the latest Tech News.

This week was obviously the week of Pokemon GO and it is interesting how much a brand such as Pokemon can empower a technology that already existed. Pokemon go is almost 20 years old which is the perfect time for grown-ups to bring back childhood memories and play Pokemon GO. This is one of the biggest apps and trends I have seen since Flappy Bird, and I think it will continue much longer because of the engagement with friends, co-workers and strangers. This is an app which has been able to accomplish getting younger kids excited to walk and go outside which is a good step forward for this new generation. I am curious what other apps using AR technology will be launched and if any other big brands are jumping on this wave.
